90 Minutes in Heaven.  Rating:  2 (out of 5).  Don Piper died January 18, 1989, when a truck crashed his car. Pronounced dead by the first rescue workers who arrived on scene, he lay lifeless under a tarp for 90 minutes, while his soul was experiencing love, joy and life he has never known before. Don was in Heaven. But when a pastor’s prayers helped bring him back, he became a living miracle. Yet he wishes that never happened, as his new life is now filled with excruciating pain and emotional turmoil. With the support from his family and friends, Don clings to his faith in God and fights to take back his previous life. The film will premiere on VOD on Tuesday, December 1.  The New York Times writes, “Rendering a miraculous premise dull, the film seems relatively uninterested in doing more than preaching to the choir.”
